Remember when the EU beta forums closed alot later than the NA beta forums? The timing of the EU beta forum closure indicates the timing of when EU servers received new hardware. Earlier today blue posted this:

Where he tells us that EU servers are still being worked on. Clearly the NA servers got a headstart because their servers had already been worked on for a much longer time (from about the time the NA beta forums closed I would assume). Pls don't go putting blame on logistics and what not, it's a waste of time trying to point fingers and yelling what could be. We don't know, and frankly I don't care - we are back in the loop of knowing what's going on, we can't demand any more. I will agree to that they could've told us from the start that the schedual for the EU beta will be delayed, that the NA servers will go up first; since I did get the feeling the first announcement was meant for everyone. But alas :)
We can read into this that there will be a beta phase 2 for EU aswell, seeing as the servers are being configured for it.
Tomorrow (friday) evening/night (EU time) we will (hopefully) know more. Personally I'd like to know: if the EU beta servers get up somewhat late, will they still close on july 19th? yes, no, perhaps?
